Welcome to Super Claw. By accessing or using the Super Claw mobile application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Super Claw. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to harm others, violate laws, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.
Super Claw provides an AI-powered assistant. Output generated by the AI is for informational and assistive purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use such content.
Paid features are subject to the subscription terms offered in the app. Payments are processed by Apple (In-App Purchases). Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies. We may change pricing or plan features with notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Claw and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
