Super Claw ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Super Claw mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
Conversation Data: Messages you send to and receive from your AI agent are processed to provide the service. Conversations are stored in your private workspace.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage metrics such as session duration and feature usage to improve the app. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Files and Workspace Data: Files created by your AI agent are stored in your private, isolated cloud workspace. Only you can access your workspace.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Your workspace data is stored on secure, isolated cloud infrastructure. Each user's workspace is completely separated from other users. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
Your conversation history and workspace files are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Super Claw uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to power your agent. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.
Super Claw is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Super Claw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
